If you change your mind, you can send items back to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a refund.
Items must be returned unopened, unused and in a resalable condition.
We recommend that you return items using a tracked and signed for delivery service.
As long as the item you return is in a resalable condition, we will issue a refund.
Please note that we do not refund original delivery charges, or the return delivery cost incurred by the purchaser.
If you believe your product to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the products to discuss this further.
In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 72 hours of receipt.
